Alaska from Uk

Hi cruisers, as it is a special Birthday I would like to do An Alaskan cruise, perhaps including the train and a tour.

As I am based in the Uk would welcome any advice, experiences and any TA that may be able to help.

We are a family of 4 the youngest is 14,

If possible take a land trip as well as the inside passage cruise. I think most lines offer a train trip to Denali and that shows you inland Alaska which IMO is more interesting than the cruise ports.

Holland America Line has been cruising to Alaska for ages they have a lot of experience in this region. You might also consider Princess, Celebrity and Royal Caribbean.

 

If you go to a cruise search engine or google discount cruise agencies you can find one then see which dates work and pick a line that suits your taste. It's always easiest to visit a travel agent for advice and take it from there.
