I also note that Guest Services actually didn't apologise for the inconvenience and personal worry to you, only for the delay in sorting it out. I would be writing to Royal (after you have received the refund and any interest accrued) and expressing your concerns. You never know they may give you some extra benefits on your next cruise. (and I didn't even flood the bathroom.) But I too, will up the anti if its not sorted quickly. Mine as the end of November.
