Times in Grand Cayman

WE are sailing the Ruby Princess on Feb 1. We arrive in Grand Cayman on Tuesday Feb 4 at 11 am and depart at 7 pm. I understand we remain on ship's time but it seems that ship time and Cayman time may be the same but cannot seem to be sure. We are taking a tour with Cpt Marvin and he returns us to the dock at 5:30 for our tender back. Just want to make sure we are not cutting ourselves to tight with the time. We understand he is used to ship cruisers and their need to be back in time but just would like to know if the info regarding time is correct. There is a time difference in Cozumel between their time and ship time. Can someone help me out here. Thanks in advance.

Ok...you will find out if the ship changes time the night before, or that morning. Your guide will NOT allow you to be late to the ship! You will set your watch to SHIP'S TIME before you go ashore...and you will know when you need to head back.

These guides KNOW about the time differences...they won't let you miss the ship!! If they did that, they would not be in business!
