cruizecrazygramma Posted January 20, 2014 #1 Share Posted January 20, 2014 Can anyone explain the email I received tell me that I could embark between 12"30 and 3:00? Ive never had one before, I thought you could arrive when you wanted. Doesnt being Platinum give priority embarkation line? If there is another thread discussing this please let me know. I did a search but couldnt find what I was looking for. TIA

sminfiddle Posted January 20, 2014 #4 Share Posted January 20, 2014 (edited) Can anyone explain the email I received tell me that I could embark between 12"30 and 3:00? Ive never had one before, I thought you could arrive when you wanted. If you can copy and paste it here, I can probably explain it. Otherwise I'll be guessing! The ones I have seen, do mention Priority Boarding (those passengers can still arrive when they want), but I don't know if you got the same exact one. ~sent using Cruise Critic app~ Edited January 20, 2014 by sminfiddle

Check-in normally starts by 11 AM and boarding normally starts by noon. The note saying 12:30 is meant to discourage people from arriving earlier and creating a long line before embarkation really starts. Your Platinum status means that there will be a priority check-in line youi can use, but sometimes it can be longer than the non-priority lines.
