Interconnecting Balconies on Voyager?

We are going on Voyager later this year and were after interconnecting balcony rooms. Unfortunately we were late booking and can only get rooms next to each other on level 8. The travel agent said maybe the balcony divider can be removed? Does anybody know whether voyager has removable balcony dividers?

Thanks

Unfortunately first-generation Voyager-class ships (Voyager/Explorer/Adventure) balconies are built into the ships own structure. As such, the sides of each balcony are solid steel and can't be opened.

However, another option for you might be to request a spare cabin door key for the neighbouring cabin, if the rest of the party in the other cabin is OK with it (and vice versa)?
