Dining Question!!

How do I contact Matre'd on the Triumph....need to make sure 2 groups of people have same table.....

 

I thought I had the email but can't find it....

I wouldn't rely on that. Sometimes they don't even check the email. Call Carnival if booked direct or your TA and have the bookings linked. That's the only way to make sure you are together.

I can't help you with the email address but I can tell you that I emailed the maître d from the Sunshine and he responded in less than 12 hours. But for what you're trying to do, you should be able to call Carnival, give them you and your friends booking numbers and have them link your booking.

The Maitre is not required to return emails to guests.

yep, they do not answer emails unless they want to.

 

just call carnival and make sure they bookings are linked together. that will take care of your dining assignment.

As soon as you are onboard go to your assigned dining room & check in with the Matre D, if there is a problem with your seating he can try to fix it for you.

Just returned from the Pride and I contacted the Pride's maitre'd with a request two weeks before our cruise and he replied. You can email the maitre'd on the Triumph with this address TIMAITRED@carnival.com
