"Quick" Island Tour & Beach

Our stop in Antigua from 8-6. We would like to do a quick tour of the island in the morning and be on the beach (Darkwood or Valley Church) around lunch time and head back to the ship around 4. I don't think this is possible with an organized tour like Lawrence or Gordon's. Can anyone tell me the best way to do this?
