whoopie Posted February 27, 2014 #1 Share Posted February 27, 2014 I have sailed QE2 about 20 years ago in regular class, Princess, and Queen. We are going on the QM2 and have the opportunity to upgrade from the regular class partially blocked view that was the only thing available when we booked. What are the benefits of P and Q aside from different dining rooms?
pmb1 Posted February 27, 2014 #2 Share Posted February 27, 2014 ... What are the benefits of P and Q aside from different dining rooms?Briefly: larger cabin, walk-in closet, tub (3/4 size in PG, full size Jacuzzi in QG), larger balcony with real deck chairs, Concierge Lounge on Deck 9 (snacks, newspapers, and help with tickets afloat and ashore), Queens Grill Lounge on Deck 7 (afternoon tea, drinks, and recitals), small grills-only deck area (bar, hot tub) aft on Deck 11. Go for it!
RCNslr Posted March 4, 2014 #3 Share Posted March 4, 2014 good job on covering the P and G differences - and you get a nice warm blanket to cover yourself with when you are on the balcony in cooler weather. A great way to go.
