When I go on to Manage My Cruise and try to Edit, it won't let me Confirm Changes. I have sent an email several days ago to shore excursions @ carnival dot com and haven't heard back. I even tried from my phone, my iPad, and my husband's laptop, and had the same problem. They put me through to tech support actually and the tech had me go to (in Internet Explorer although I told him it wasn't working for Google chrome either) 'tools' then 'compatibility settings' and add carnival.com.
