Iwant2BatC Posted June 6, 2014 #26 Share Posted June 6, 2014 Thank you for those wonderful photos. Oh how I loved that ship. Especially that indoor pool.
Rare rafinmd Posted June 6, 2014 #27 Share Posted June 6, 2014 Did you touch up the indoor pool photos? My (2011) recollection was that it had become quite run down and shabby. Roy
northernphoenix Posted June 6, 2014 #28 Share Posted June 6, 2014 Love these photos. We had to choose an accommodation, pre-cruise in 2011. We booked two nights at the Hotel New York, and did plan to visit the Rotterdam, but ran out of time, these photos are wonderful ! I believe that work continues on restoring the ship, so I wouldn't be surprised if this area has been worked on since you were there. It's certainly part of the ship that's worth doing up. Globaliser Posted June 19, 2014 Author #30 Share Posted June 19, 2014 As an aside, it seems that you can now "walk through" the ship courtesy of Google Maps.
