As Kpstill says, it depends on the ship, date and category you purchase. The military discounts are limited (i.e. don't apply to every cabin on every cruise) so it will vary - some dates on some ships there are none available at all. You need to check with Carnival or ask your TA to check. The further in advance you book, the more likely you will get the discount.
