How long for points to post?

I completed my first sailing on March 8. Sailing history shows 1 sailing. Membership Tier still shows as "Preview" - no points posted. Sent an email to Captains Club last week - no response. :(

 

Any suggestions?

We were on a 3/2 sailing and points were posted within 4 days. Can you call the Captain's Club? Might be faster than an email. My experience is that Celebrity is very slow with email responses.

If you don't immediately need them for any credits, etc. give it a while. Sometimes it can take up to 4 weeks for them to post.

 

If they aren't there by April 8th call Captains Club at 1.800.760.0654 (US and Canada)

It took three weeks after our February cruise before getting our points.

Thanks everyone. On the Captain's club site it says it may take up to 14 days - 15 now so that's why I was concerned. I can wait.

They will show up. Did a back to back and the first set showed up 30 days prior to ever seeing the 2nd weeks points, but they did get there without email or calling Celebrity. Wouldn't want to wait some 30-60 mins on hold just for points. Take it you intend to sail Celebrity again

Just got home yesterday and already have my points! Wonder why some of them take longer and some are so quick. Weird.

We got off Reflection 3/15, points posted 3/22.

I think it's a 'luck of the draw' as to when points are posted.
