aprilF Posted March 25, 2014 #1 Share Posted March 25, 2014 (edited) I am currently booked in a Verandah Balcony on the Splendor, we sail in 8 days. I paid very little for our cabin. I am hoping that we can upgrade to a Spa balcony. I called today and they are wanting the same amount that they were asking a month ago when I booked our cabin. I had looked on Expedia and it seems that half of the Spa Balconies are still available. The number I called was just the 800 number on the Carnival site. Is there a better number to call? If you booked directly through Carnival I would just keep calling back daily and asking what the cost would be to upgrade to a Spa Balcony.
