All this talk about balconies, I have no idea which kind mine is. I only made sure that it isn't "obstructed".:D

You don't have a balcony. You have a suite, with a puny balcony.:p There are no regular balcony cabins on the Inspiration.

With the suite you get Priority Embark and Debark.

 

When you get to Long Beach go to the Little Building between the parking structure and the Dome. Show them your boarding pass and passport. Your boarding pass should say "Priority" in the corner.

Afterwards go to the far right Priority line for the Dome. The hold up will be the secruity screening.

If you want to avoid the embarkation pic you can take the elevator in the hallway, past the regular check in counters.

 

When checking in we found arriving around 11:30 is best. The first wave is gone and we are eating by noon.

Whenever I sail from LB I usually hit up the LB Aquarium, have lunch at Chili's, then head for the ship around 1pm.:D
