How to get a loyalty point before cruising please?

We are one point away from Silver and I wondered if there is any way of achieving the additional point before we cruise?

You could take a 1 night cruise if that will work? I notice you're in the UK. I know that there is a 1 night cruise in May and June out of Southampton to Amsterdam and an inside cabin is only £30pp, and you could get a budget flight back from Amsterdam. Not sure if that would be worth it for you, and I'm going on the assumption that you would get at least 1 point from a 1 night cruise.

The only way is to take another cruise. You can't earn points any other way. Points for night onboard and points for onboard spend.

That is a shame. You get points for spending onboard so you would think they would let you prepay their excursions so get extra points. Never mind.

Even if you prepaid for excursions they would not count until the cruise you were on, the same applies to drink packages booked prior to any cruise.

If When you book your next cruise you will be silver the 2nd day, don't they just make you silver when you book.i know Carnoval does. I am going to be a gold on the 3 rd day of my cruise in June but my paperwork says I'm gold now, I assume cuz they realize I'm not gonna jump off the ship midway the the cruise :eek: yep I get an awesome pin for turning gold..yahoo!

 

Maybe call and explain that to them and see what they will do for you??
