tseitel Posted April 28, 2014 #1 Share Posted April 28, 2014 Hi. We will be cruising out of San Juan, on Adventure. Is guest services able to print out my boarding passes for me? I saw something listed under the luggage valet, but not interested in that. I would really prefer to have them in hand and not to have to do that at the airport. Thanks! Arizona Cruz Chic Posted April 28, 2014 #2 Share Posted April 28, 2014 Guest relations will not print our your boarding passes. You will need to use the ships computers for that. There is a charge to use the computers, they have printers there and takes a few minutes or longer because the systems can be slow. ***
megr1125 Posted April 28, 2014 #3 Share Posted April 28, 2014 You can print them out in the internet cafe..shouldn't cost too much, but the internet is not too fast.. If you're in a full suite, I think the concierge will do it for you
cb at sea Posted April 28, 2014 #4 Share Posted April 28, 2014 Or, check in on your phone before you leave the ship...get the boarding pass when you get to the airport. No charge for that!
Sitzmark Posted April 28, 2014 #5 Share Posted April 28, 2014 Or, check in on your phone before you leave the ship...get the boarding pass when you get to the airport. No charge for that! I've used electronic passes the last few times, nothing to print, faster than paper.
Ambiverol Posted April 28, 2014 #6 Share Posted April 28, 2014 I've used electronic passes the last few times, nothing to print, faster than paper. Me too. It's much easier. And, since PR is the US, your data is most likely not roaming (mine is not, but of course check your plan). I go to the airlines website, enter record locator, click on print mobile boarding pass, and a QR code appears on the screen. I scan that at security, and again at the gate. Easy, quick, and no more searching for printers. Obviously, you need some sort of smartphone or similar mobile device, but that's it. You don't need a special account or app.
mom4mom Posted April 28, 2014 #7 Share Posted April 28, 2014 If you use your mobile device for your boarding pass, just make sure that the airport you are flying through will take it. I watched a women come up to the front of a very long line and they didn't take her mobile phone boarding pass. She was tight on getting through and may not have made her flight after going back to get a printed one.
leaveitallbehind Posted April 28, 2014 #8 Share Posted April 28, 2014 If you have access to either Concierge in the Concierge Lounge or the Diamond Club they can print them in advance for you. Otherwise on board it would be by way of the internet cafe for printed passes as mentioned.
Rare silentbob007 Posted April 28, 2014 #9 Share Posted April 28, 2014 Also note that the internet cafe can get very busy the last full day of the cruise as many people are trying to log on and print off their passes.
