Action Charters

What is the good the bad and the ugly if there is any.

They also want a cc to secure reservations, Would you feel

comfortable giving it to them.

they do get good reviews on trip advisor.

My husband and I sailed on the Stilletto with Action Charters in March. We had a great time. They got us to the turtles before most of the other boats got there. We had our own snorkles and masks, but they do provide them if needed, along with fins and snorkel vests. We opted for the shorter sailing that didn't include lunch. When the time came, they got as close to the shore as they could, about 10-20 feet from shore , and we walked off the ladder at the front of the catamaran. They had a driver waiting to take us back to the ship. Later in the cruise we had another excursion with some of the people who had stayed for lunch - they said we missed a good meal.

The only "glitch" we had was that we weren't on their passenger list. I had copies of my emails confirming our reservation and they got us on without a problem. We paid the balance in cash at the beginning of the sailing. I wouldn't hesitate to sail with them again. Don't worry about the CC number. I doubt you'll have any problems, but even if you do, you can contest it with your CC company.

We went with them once. We had to wait a long time to get going because some people paid with CC & it made it slow. The people on the boat didn't seem happy to be there. It was New Years day. They just were not friendly.

We had gone with Shasa the year before & it was so much better. They were friendly & we saw more turtles with them , really enjoyed it.
