kona_wahine Posted May 20, 2014 #2 Share Posted May 20, 2014 Yes to the burritos, and just breakfast and lunch. The breakfast burritos were soooo good! We never did get to try them for lunch. Next time!

Thanks Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk If you're planning to stop there for a breakfast burrito, try to get there early before the line gets too long. Maybe before 8:00, if you're up and dressed by then.

sjcruiser Posted May 20, 2014 #7 Share Posted May 20, 2014 The Blue Iguana Cantina is one of the best spots for breakfast and lunch, and there's hardly ever a line.
Pete C Posted May 20, 2014 #8 Share Posted May 20, 2014 IMO the best thing there is the huevos rancheros for breakfast!
beachbum53 Posted May 20, 2014 #9 Share Posted May 20, 2014 The Blue Iguana Cantina is one of the best spots for breakfast and lunch, and there's hardly ever a line. Whether or not there's a line kind of depends on what time you stop by there. On the Liberty, sometimes there was a line. Not a real long one, but sometimes the wait was 10 or 15 minutes. Lefty Writer Posted May 22, 2014 #12 Share Posted May 22, 2014 The breakfast burritos make GREAT diving food, in my humble opinion. My wife and I will hit the Blue Iguana for breakfast, especially on port days, before heading out to our dive for the day. As another poster mentioned, some of their hot sauce is actually spicy....just the way we Texans like it.

mferris77 Posted May 22, 2014 #14 Share Posted May 22, 2014 Is there a charge for the food at the Blue Iguana? Nope - no charge for blue iguana or Guy's burgers (both of which are right by the center pool on most ships).
Lefty Writer Posted May 22, 2014 #15 Share Posted May 22, 2014 (edited) Is there a charge for the food at the Blue Iguana? "No charge" doesn't mean I don't pay for eating at Guy's Burgers, though. After eating one of those incredibly, remarkably tasty burgers, I know I'll have to pay for it with a couple of hours on the treadmill! :p Edited May 22, 2014 by Lefty Writer

HawkIVette Posted May 24, 2014 #21 Share Posted May 24, 2014 (edited) Great pictures! What is in a arepa? I think it's like an open face taco. Chicken, onion, cheese, tomato, taco sauce and seasoning on an soft corn shell. Edited May 24, 2014 by HawkIVette
