Does anyone see any issues with a group of 4 with 2 kids under 4 showing up without a reservation or RCCL excursion? There will be 3 other boats in Cozumel the same day.

 

Also their website says "$60 for entrance, buffet and booze, $45 for entrance and buffet. Do they have a package for entrance & booze only hold the buffet?

Don't they have just an entrance fee? And just buy your drinks. I recall not buying the buffet at all.

Yes - pay as you go, but not AI for booze only and not food/buffet.
