lakim Posted July 10, 2014 #1 Share Posted July 10, 2014 Can anyone tell me where the Celebrity Infinity docks in Buenos Aires? I am considering booking a pre-cruise room at the Hilton using points and I want to see how far it is from the port. Thanks in advance.
J-D Posted July 10, 2014 #2 Share Posted July 10, 2014 (edited) The B.A. Hilton is in the Puerto Madero area, a couple of miles south of the port and close to the historic Plaza de Mayo. A good place to stay, but definitely too far to walk to the port, especially with luggage. Also, the neighbourhood just outside the port is (in my view) not a good area to be walking. It will be just a short and relatively inexpensive taxi ride from the Hilton to the port. John Edited July 10, 2014 by J-D
Rare Keith1010 Posted July 10, 2014 #3 Share Posted July 10, 2014 I agree the Hilton would be a good option. Keith

4774Papa Posted July 11, 2014 #6 Share Posted July 11, 2014 The cruise port entrance is close to the Plaza San Martin, which is between the Ricoleta and Puerto Madero areas of the city. It is easy to get to from most of the centrally located hotels in the city, but not really walkable.
