Changing to a pack and go rate

If I book an interior cabin now with VIFP rate can I change to an oceanview pack and go rate if the rates drop before our sailing?

Yes. Just make sure you realize that you won't get to pick your cabin.

Pack and go is for new bookings and not available on every cruise. Only exception is if you booked ES. In that case you give up your cabin. I don't think you can upgrade to pack and go. They would probably call that a downgrade and not allowed.
