alliekat79 Posted August 1, 2014 #1 Share Posted August 1, 2014 We just paid final payment for our October cruise on the Breakaway. We booked through a big box TA and are supposed to get 3 specialty dining, free grats and $75 OBC. Our amenities posted today, and I need some help deciphering them: Chocolate Covered Strawberries DINCGN (Cagneys?) DINITL DINLAC (La Cucina?) DINLEB (Le Bistro?) WINE02 Not sure what DINITL are, and I'm not sure why we got wine & strawberries? We just upgraded to a balcony guarantee, so maybe it has something to do with that. I have read on here that DINITL is La Cucina (ITL=Italian) but I can't determine what DINLAC would be.

Redcat Posted August 3, 2014 #9 Share Posted August 3, 2014 Most likely given to you by travel agent some things show others do not DINLAC is LaCucina as I have that also wine would prbably be champagne for strawberries 02 would suggest type not bottle amount. Intresting though. :D
Demonyte Posted August 3, 2014 #10 Share Posted August 3, 2014 (edited) Most likely given to you by travel agent some things show others do not DINLAC is LaCucina as I have that also wine would prbably be champagne for strawberries 02 would suggest type not bottle amount. Intresting though. :D There are no promotions that include champagne with NCL (even most suites get only a bottle of cheap sparkling wine, not champagne), the wine referred here is just very basic wine - usually delivered to the cabin as red but one can have it exchanged to white by asking, for example in restaurants. alliekat79 Posted August 3, 2014 Author #11 Share Posted August 3, 2014 That would be perfect for me. I love red wine, and I don't care if it's cheap. 3 Buck Chuck is my go to at home.
alliekat79 Posted August 3, 2014 Author #12 Share Posted August 3, 2014 Where exactly do you see those? I can not find any codes in all of my bookings. It's in my vacation summary. Listed right underneath the itinerary. We're sailing Oct 26, so we just made final payment. The amenities just appeared within the last few days. Last time we had the free wine amenity, it was TISDALE, which I saw in our local grocery store for $3.99 on sale. I think they've since switched to another brand, but not sure. ~Denise
duckfan80 Posted August 3, 2014 #15 Share Posted August 3, 2014 Does anyone know what DO25 is? That appears to be your on board credit. That's my guess as mine shows a number that is half of our cabin's OBC...

I don't think that makes a difference. We have two cruises booked....one booked with my PCC and one with an online agency (similar to Expedia) and my OBC codes are present for both bookings. Sundiego Posted August 3, 2014 #22 Share Posted August 3, 2014 I got the answers to all codes but one. What is AMO50? AMO50 is $50 per cabin from your Travel Agent (not $50 per person). ~Denise

Any ideas what this is? For us, the OB150 is per person, so 2x150 = $300 for the cabin. ~Denise

MrsKChicago Posted August 8, 2014 #25 Share Posted August 8, 2014 My MyNCL account is showing an onboard credit of $50, listed as DO25 on my vacation summary. I booked through a big travel site, and they had a deal where, if I read it right, we'd be getting $75 in on board credit. Our cabin cost was between $1000 and $2000, and their phrasing indicates that they look at the combined cost before taxes, rather than giving a smaller credit per person ("The cruise cabin price is the total price of the cruise only fare, based on the first and second guest in the cabin, and does not include insurance or government fees & taxes."). If they credited us individually (fare under $1000 each), the $50 total would make sense. They also said it can take some time for that to show up, whereas this $50 credit showed up promptly the day after I booked. Am I reading the travel site deal wrong? Or is this other $50 some unrelated mystery credit? I'm not terribly concerned over $25, but it's got me really curious.
