Sue L Posted August 6, 2014 #7 Share Posted August 6, 2014 I did it for 120 pp but from a 2a to suite guarantee, ended up with an S1
british betty Posted August 6, 2014 Author #8 Share Posted August 6, 2014 How many $$$$$$$$$$$$$$? It works out at about £100 ( 160 usd) per person per night. But we really like Blu and the Aquaspa and probably wouldnt use the butler, apart from the occasional cappuchino although a larger cabin / balcony would be nice. Decisions decisions
Rare cruisestitch Posted August 6, 2014 #9 Share Posted August 6, 2014 That's pretty steep, IMO
CHEZMARYLOU Posted August 6, 2014 #10 Share Posted August 6, 2014 At $160 USD per person/day it would depend on the cruise. If it were port intensive we would not do it. Mary Lou
BEAV Posted August 6, 2014 #11 Share Posted August 6, 2014 ... would you change from an AQ guarantee to a Suite guarantee on the Constellation??? Part of my decision would be based on if I was going to lose any perks I had with the AQ guarantee that I couldn't "carry over" to the suite guarantee. BunnyLebowski Posted August 6, 2014 #13 Share Posted August 6, 2014 Yes, you should switch. Suites are the best. Be sure to factor the butler's tip into your cost consideration- most people tip the butler over and above the added service charge (in case that impacts your decision). CHEZMARYLOU Posted August 6, 2014 #15 Share Posted August 6, 2014 That's the total cost pp/pd ...not an extra charge .:o We'd do in a heart beat, unless we were losing a lot of perks, but with an Aqua guarantee you may not have any perks to lose. We've never had problems eating in Blu while in a suite. Mary Lou
