kevink Posted August 21, 2014 #1 Share Posted August 21, 2014 We got off a cruise last Friday and never got any email about the guest satisfaction survey (and yes I did check the spam folder). Anybody know where to go online for the survey? I tried checking RCCL's online FAQ and that's no help. I tried calling RCCL and the person I got on the phone was no help. CRUISEBOY305 Posted August 21, 2014 #2 Share Posted August 21, 2014 just got mine today from a cruise I departed on Monday. I would call RC and find out. It's possible they don't have your email on file.

Anybody know where to go online for the survey? I tried checking RCCL's online FAQ and that's no help. I tried calling RCCL and the person I got on the phone was no help. Definitely call. But don't be surprised if they HAVE your email and "have no idea why you didn't receive your survey". I haven't gotten one for my last seven cruises. Every time, I call up afterwards. Every time, they look up my C&A account. Every time, they verify my email address. Every time, they promise that it is fixed. Nope.

Zou Bisou Bisou Posted August 21, 2014 #8 Share Posted August 21, 2014 I got my survey in my email within 2 hours of disembarking the Jewel in San Juan 3+ weeks ago. I actually took the time to reply especially because of the smoke in the casino. That casino is too small to handle all the smokers who can no longer smoke on their balconies or any other bars. I am looking forward to the no smoking in the casinos on Royal Caribbean which is sure to come within the next year or so, following in the footsteps of Celebrity. Nothing against smokers per se, but the rest of us should be allowed to donate our money to the casino without that crap. Most of the smokers were at the bar and not gambling. The whole place was so smokey it was hard to believe. Get it together Royal....most people don't smoke anymore but we still drink and gamble. goodycruising Posted August 21, 2014 #10 Share Posted August 21, 2014 We seem to get the survey, but all they want are numbers to tally up per trip. They never answer any concerns that you put on there. If you have a concern you want someone to read write a letter. If you used a TA send one copy to them and one to head office. I am not spending any more time filling one out for any ship or motel ever again. They are not taken seriously. Waste of time.

When I have had something serious enough to annoy me from a cruise, whether it was something that I tried (successfully or unsuccessfully) to resolve when I was on my cruise, I follow up with a call to Guest Relations/Post Cruise Comments department at 800-256-6649. The last issue that I brought to this departments attention did result in follow up calls from Royal to me.....whether they will make the necessary suggestions that I gave them, to make the cruiser experience better, I don't know. I did my part.
