ryano Posted August 29, 2014 #2 Share Posted August 29, 2014 (edited) Let the special needs dept know about the CPAP by filling out the form https://secure.royalcaribbean.com/allaboutcruising/guestSpecialNeeds.do. An extension cord and distilled water will be in the cabin or your attendant can get it for you. Edited August 29, 2014 by ryano
Rare MandyMooToo Posted August 29, 2014 #3 Share Posted August 29, 2014 (edited) We emailed Special Needs and they had one in our room, along with distilled water, when we boarded. We accidentally took on on board last year as my husband keeps a spare in his CPAP travel bag though....totally forgot about it! special_needs@rccl.com Edited August 29, 2014 by MandyMooToo

Some people have reported good luck contacting special_needs@rccl.com before the cruise and finding an extension cord and distilled water waiting for them in the stateroom. FLACRUISER99 Posted August 29, 2014 #5 Share Posted August 29, 2014 My husband uses a CPAP can we bring our own extension or will able to get one from guest services.I usually book direct by phone and I tell the CSR I use a CPAP at booking. The request is then on my booking confirmation that I bring with me.
