I found this video while searching You Tube. It shows the method used to replace the failed thrust bearing on Allure of the Seas a few weeks ago.

That repair work was performed back in March of this year. It was a pretty neat feat of engineering to dock the ship and isolate the affected azipod.

Now that the cofferdams have been built, all of RCCL's big ships can now use the Grand Bahamas drydock for azipod repairs. And since RCCL owns a share of GBSY, they won't be charged for storing the big things in between times.

I didn't look that closely, but the ASSEMBLY may be from the Solstice, after being rebuilt. It's very common to have major assemblies like this that are rotated through the fleet (or other line's fleets), because you don't need to pay for a complete new assembly, just the wear parts, and this gives you one on hand whenever needed.
