can you bring water and soda on board?

Hello,

is there a limit to how many water bottles and soda bottles you can bring on board? Do they have to be packed in luggage?

Yes, I just brought 32 diet cokes and 18 waters, just tape a luggage tag to the item. Limit I am unsure, but Id probably use good judgement on that.

Princess does not impose a limit on water and soft drinks being brought onboard. We place our beverages in a cardboard box from the grocery store or beverage mart, tape it closed, attach a luggage tag to the top and check it with our luggage.

Unless you're attached to a particular brand of mineral water, there's no reason to carry anything but a refillable water bottle onboard. The ship's water is likely to be purer than many brands of bottled water, the supply is unlimited, and it's free.

For some reason my wife always brings a few different flavors of Propel water aboard. I just stick it in the carry-on and there's never an issue. Of course she gets a coffee card as well. I drink the regular ship water and the regular ship coffee.

 

I do tend to take a bit of Mt. Dew with me though as Princess doesn't carry that. It's too bad they won't let me take decent beer onboard. Hopefully the new Sea Witch beer will be decent as none of the beer they normally offer is worth paying for or drinking.
