Catseyes Posted August 18, 2005 #1 Share Posted August 18, 2005 As first time cruisers what three things would you pick that you are really looking forward to doing or seeing etc.,on your cruise. For us it would be everything, but if I had to pick it would be the following: 1. Spending some time alone with my husband. 2. Meeting all the people I have been chatting to on Cruise Critics. 3. Seeing my DH in a tuxedo, he has never worn one before. Tessa
Guienevere_Arianette Posted August 18, 2005 #2 Share Posted August 18, 2005 As a first time cruiser from Amarillo, TX (where rain is sparse and bodies of water ony include the dirty puddles), here are my top three "can't wait" activities: 1) sitting on the white sands with a tropical drink; hopefully in a hollowed piece of fruit and with an umbrella :D basically, I will pretend I am in the Corona commercial, sans Corona (ewww) 2) seeing turqouise waters and viewing the marine life below (sting rays and snorkeling, yay!) 3) enjoying a classy evening sipping wine, smoking cloves, and listening to music (like you, can't wait to see the BF in his nicer duds;)

What we like the most: 1. watching the wake of the ship aft. 2. being waited on, both in our cabin and at dinner. 3. lazy days at sea, with a cold drink in hand.
