Sincity Posted October 28, 2014 #1 Share Posted October 28, 2014 All of the other Princess ships I have been on, it is 75 lbs. I read somewhere that the Regal has 100 lb dumbbells. Is that true?
BruceMuzz Posted October 28, 2014 #2 Share Posted October 28, 2014 The heaviest dumbbell is the guy from cabin 7025. I don't know how he gets through the door to work out. Sorry, couldn't resist.

I am sure I saw him laying out by the pool in a speedo. As I was on my way to the buffet and lost my appetite that was a good thing. Saved me the trip to the gym. EDIT: Opps.....I thought you said testosterone. Sweet! 100lbs! No more doing high rep drop incline press to incline fly sets! Just the trio down (100, 90, 80) to flies with 70. Exactly! Damm...100 on the flys? Pyramid up (80, 90,100) for me on the press. Nice change with the larger dumbbells. I hit 100 for 10, 90 for 12-15, 80 for 15-20 and the finish off the set with 70 on flies for 15. Well was, I'm actually rolling all reverse grip bench (flat & incline) right now to give better isolation on my upper pec. The only bench I'm hitting normal grip is when I hit decline.
