Can I get casino chips with my Sign and Sail card without incurring a surcharge?

Kind of. You'll incur the 3% charge if at the table or pulled directly from your ship-board account at the cage. There's a work around, though.

 

Go to any slot machine, set up your Player's bank. Add money to your Players Bank. (It'll show up as 'entertainment' on your statement.) Go to the cage and take out what you want from your Player's Bank. Ask for chips instead of cash.

You can also buy e-cards through Verizon and get 10% off. That would more than off-set the 3% surcharge.
