Carnival Glory

 Does anyone know anything about room #1065 on carnival Glory? It's on deck #10 called panorama deck. Is it noisy etc??

We were in cabin 1064 which is in the same location but the other side of the ship. There is no noise there at all. It's so great walking a few steps and finding yourself out on the upper tier of the Lido Deck. Short walk for coffee early in the mornings to enjoy out on your balcony. The elevators are close by and you can't hear any noise from them either. You'll love the cabin location.

We have Cabins 8201 and 8203 (1st 2 cabins in the front of the ship, starboard) on the Verandah Deck on the Glory for 2/18/06. We have never had cabins so close to the front of the ship...can anyone tell me if they are good locations or not? We usually get mid-ship rooms, but Lido is above us on this cruise and I wanted to make sure we had rooms above us. Thanks!!

We had cabin 8207 on the Glory this past jan and have booked the same cabin for Jan 06. We enjoyed watching the Captain pull the ship into port. You can see right into the bridge. It was a little rough at times but nothing to be concerned about. In fact the entire ship would rock and roll at times. We did the Eastern and had rough seas.;)

Thank you for your information on Panorama deck. We were kind of worried due to the elevators and I think the pool is on that deck also. Barb

You won't hear any noise from the Lido deck at all. The pool and water slide is right outside the doors leading from the cabins. There is also a hot tub up there right next to the pools but all of the noise is isolated from the cabin areas. We have had those cabins on the Conquest and the Glory and wouldn't have any other now. We especially like the thought that if we have to use a restroom, it's nicer to be able to go back to your cabin and not have to use the public ones that get real wet and messy around the pool areas.
