I am having the same problem, but my husband is not, so must be a glitch in their system.

I've been trying to access the sight off and on this evening and have the same issue. Princess.com doesn't recognize my email address and password. The website usually has downtime for maintenance round 9:00 CST, but it's been on the fritz since 5:30 p.m.

For those of you having problems logging in, did you enter the new contest to win a free cruise? If so, that's what the problem is. There must be some bad coding that screws up the log-in data base if you enter the contest.

 

I entered the contest and can't log-in now. My wife hasn't entered yet and she can still log-in just fine.

I just went and selected not registered when it asks for your log in information. Re-entered all of my information (name, address, phone, birth date, etc, including the original e-mail and password).

 

It then let me log in and linked correctly to my old account.

I also got the "Can't find your email address..." message. Now I see things could have went awry when I registered for the contest.

 

Although it's a pain, I'll go back and re-register because I need to do some stuff on my personalizer for our upcoming cruise.

I was having the same problem after entering the contest. I tried the "fix" reported by others, and everything is working normally now. WHEW!!
