If you have a Celebrity, Azamara or RCCL charge card and charge your on board expenses using one of these cards you will get reward credits for the spend

Your bill at the end of the week will be sent to your credit card company as a single purchase. If the card gives you rewards you will received them based upon the conditions of the card. Celebrity has not control over that but your credit card does. Going back a few years ago before there was a fee people used to take money at large amounts out of the casino and pay the bill at the end of the month. This way they got lots of miles or whatever.
