Book excursion with Cruise line or third party?

There really isn't a need for a ship shore or private excursion if you just want to go to a beach or go snorkeling. There is a taxi line outside the terminal that can take you to beaches or out to Chankanaab Marine Park. Pair up with others going to the same destination to save a little. If you want to see ruins, take a cooking class, go horseback riding, or going on an ATV, then you would need an excursion. Stick with cruise line tours to more distant locations.

Many of those agencies don't seem to have a Tripadvisor page since they are not a "local business". But you can check out their Gplus, Facebook or other third party reviews, that should give you an idea. We're using one of them now for the 3rd time and were very happy, lowest price, fantastic customer service and wonderful tour experiences.
