Just booked a cookery Masterclass with Nathan Outlaw!

I'm so excited. We sail Britannia at the end of the month and 2 Michelin star Nathan Outlaw will be on our ship. The masterclass will be in Britannia's cookery school and we will get to try and make what he demonstrates. I didn't think we had a celebrity chef on our sailing so this is a real bonus to get one of the spots in the Masterclass before they sell out. Should be great!

Don't worry I will definitely be reporting back! There was a choice of either a masterclass (where you cook too) or a demonstration with a meal. I decided I'd get more out of the masterclass and I think you get to eat what you make at the table next to the cooking stations but I will be able to explain all later.
