lizglea Posted March 11, 2015 #1 Share Posted March 11, 2015 Does anyone know where Uniworld ships are docked in Paris. Flying in a few days early in Paris so I have to get from Hotel to ship. Would it be better to leave bags at hotel and do more sightseeing and then take a cab in the late afternoon early evening or is it convenient to get back into the city if we go to the ship in the morning. Rare jpalbny Posted March 11, 2015 #2 Share Posted March 11, 2015 (edited) It's a little downstream from the Eiffel Tower. Here is an earlier thread discussing the topic. Edited March 11, 2015 by jpalbny
Rare franski Posted March 11, 2015 #3 Share Posted March 11, 2015 Uniworld docks by the Parc Andre Citroen. It is close to a metro stop, and I believe some people found it walkable to the Eiffel Tower. Either plan (sightseeing from hotel or boat) would work. You wouldn't be able to get into your room if you went to the boat early - so you will be storing your luggage either place. The only benefit of going to the boat early is that you wouldn't have to go back to the hotel to pick up your luggage if you are running a bit late. You could plan your sightseeing to be back in time for dinner (you could confirm the time before you left....) Fran
