Is there any way to know how many people have booked a cruise up to the sailing date?

I know this applies to all cruise lines but we are traveling the Epic transatlantic in April and are curious to know how many people would be on the ship. I know the capacity is around 4000 but would like to know the percentage of capacity.

You can do a mock booking just to see how many cabins are left.

None of the sites show all vacant cabins and if they did, one wouldn't be able to see how many people are booked in already booked cabins - that can make a huge difference too.
