When this has occurred techies have recommended to do things like clear your cache on your computer. I used my same email address and same personal info I have used all along, however, I changed my password and am now able to access the website again. All of my personal profile info came back up when I logged on again. I agree that PCL is upgrading their website from time to time, which may cause log-on issues for some. I've read recent posts from several people who like you had to register again after entering an online Princess contest. I know that sounds odd but that's what others have posted experiencing. I'm sure this was one reason some folks couldn't log on right away. I've been on the site frequently this weekend, and the change you mentioned seems to come and go. The new format appears for awhile then, the next time I sign in, the old one reappears.
