Hydrofoil and Canal tours - St. Petersburg

Does anyone know how often the hydrofoil goes to Peterhof and back to the Hermitage? How about the frequency of the canal tours?

Plus, I would appreciate any restaurant recommendations for Russian/Georgian cuisine.

On the link above with St. Petersburg guide there is a place that does unique canal tours. The add in the booklet says they go to Peterhoff by hydrofoil. They also do Neva river and canal tours along with romantic dinner, night trips on the boat restaurant.
