Sxxacy Posted March 25, 2015 #1 Share Posted March 25, 2015 I have recently pre-purchased casino onboard credit for my upcoming cruise. Should I wish to cash it out (for simplicity's sake let's say I only use $200/$300), how would I go about getting the remainder of my money ($100)? Can I cash it out anytime into cash? Any hidden fees or policies with this?
grandmacruise Posted March 25, 2015 #2 Share Posted March 25, 2015 Just did this on a february cruise. You will receive casino vouchers in your cabin. Just take them to the cashier and you will be handed the cash.
caribill Posted March 25, 2015 #3 Share Posted March 25, 2015 Can I cash it out anytime into cash? Any hidden fees or policies with this? Anytime the casino cashier is open. No hidden fees or policies. You do not have to spend any of the money in the casino unless you want to.
Sxxacy Posted March 25, 2015 Author #4 Share Posted March 25, 2015 Did you have an account separate for casino credit? Or use the regular OBC?

Lovetocruiseprincess Posted March 25, 2015 #6 Share Posted March 25, 2015 We always open a casino account the first night & transfer everything into it from our on-board account. What ever is not used at the end of the cruise is refunded in CASH. Let them bill my credit card for everything charged on the cruise- drinks, tips, tours. In the end it all balances out anyway. pusywillow Posted March 25, 2015 #7 Share Posted March 25, 2015 Did you have an account separate for casino credit? Or use the regular OBC? As stated by others the casino credits are issued as $100 vouchers that will be in your cabin. Cash them in at the cage in the casino. It is not regular OBC unless that is what you purchased. You can take out additional money in the casino which will show up on your cabin account just like drinks, purchases in the shops, excursions etc. do.
