Riemercruisin Posted March 29, 2015 #1 Share Posted March 29, 2015 I get conflicting information on this when I call Carnival. So maybe one of you seasoned cruisers have done this before: I booked Early Saver and want to cancel my cruise. I am booked as a single guest. - Will the cancellation penalty be $50 or 2 x $50? - I have 2 new cruises booked at the 50% reduced deposit. Can the Future Cruise Credit be used to cover both cruises or can it only be applied to ONE? Thanks in advance.
Isa65 Posted March 29, 2015 #2 Share Posted March 29, 2015 For a solo the penalty is 1 x $50 and the rest of the deposit goes into a Future Cruise Credit to be used within 24 months of cancellation date. Yes, you may split the FCC up between 2 new bookings. I have done this.

Yes, you may split the FCC up between 2 new bookings. I have done this. I had to cancel 5 short B2B solo bookings and rebooked them into 2 longer sailings. I lost $50 X 3....and the other $50 X 2 were applied to the two new bookings, along with the original deposit amounts.
