I've been reading how sometimes excursions are cancelled because not enough people sign up. I'm wondering whether or not I should book thru RCI or do it myself.

We on Empress of the Seas 8/21. I do believe I will book my snorkeling adventure thru Jessie James. Not sure of any others.
