Mrfishingexpert Posted April 10, 2015 #1 Share Posted April 10, 2015 Just curious on what y'all's favorite ship atrium is. I think mine is the Carnival Magic. But then again, I've only been on the Triumph and Magic so I can't really compare much! But what is your favorite ship atrium??

jocap Posted April 10, 2015 #8 Share Posted April 10, 2015 After sailing on many ferries over the years, which were functional rather than stylish, the atrium on our first cruise, with Sea Princess, glass lifts and all, was an eye opener.
cruz4evr Posted April 10, 2015 #9 Share Posted April 10, 2015 When we cruised on the Norwegian Dawn back in 2006 it had a gorgeous atrium with a soaring ceiling. Unfortunately it was redesigned to make room for more cabins.
rkacruiser Posted April 10, 2015 #10 Share Posted April 10, 2015 Volendam and Veendam Atriums are my favorite due to their lovely glass sculptures. Nieuw Amsterdam's would be a close second; the sculpture of the New York Skyline (and its inversion) as it circulates is unique and carries the New York City decor theme for the ship excellently. The worst: Eurodam! Looks like a stalagtite someone spilled paint on it and the thing stopped developing. (That is my opinion and not shared by others, I point out.)
