Ovation of the seas- giant animal statue?

Chinese Dragon.

Chinese dragons traditionally symbolize potent and auspicious powers, particularly control over water, rainfall, hurricane, and floods. The dragon is also a symbol of power, strength, and good luck for people who are worthy of it.

My vote Roy and H.G. Nelson's "Fatso the Wombat"!

.

Most appropriate for an Aussie based ship...

.

Problem is it isn't an Aussie based ship. If it were based on that, MMDownunder's suggestion would be most appropriate for location.

Lol... must of missed the memo where they seceded!

Although I was pretty sure when Roy and HG were not selected by Channel Seven to cover the Beijing Olympics because of security concerns, it was announced on their radio programme, 'The Golden Ring Show' broadcast on Triple J with Roy styled as "Crouching Tiger" and H.G. as "the Hidden Dragon" they led multiple coup d'état and we colonised all of Asia. :D

Lighten up mate... just a little tongue in "fatso" the fat arsed wombat's cheek! ;)

All hail the peoples champion!!!

Although if you want to be pedantic, he will withdraw his candidacy to appease you...

It was released that because the homeport of the Ovation is Tianjin, China, The animal WILL be a PANDA!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to Cruise critic, thanks for the information. I like pandas and think that they should used be a sign for harmony and tolerance.

They really are against racism, as they are black and white and Asian and yet everyone loves them.:D

Love pandas. Thinking it needs to be painted bright orange as they seem to like painting their animals bright colours.

Still can't understand why they didn't jump at the idea of fatso the wombat. By hey there will probably be plenty of drunk Aussies flashing their butts on the ship late at night after a few soy chai lattes......
