Porthopper101 Posted June 2, 2015 #33 Share Posted June 2, 2015 Thanks everyone - I am absolutely thrilled to pieces and also grateful to Marie for her very generous spirit! The problem now is my 23 yr old daughter who has already asked to 'permanently borrow' it? LOL (and she will love me forever......) hmmmmmm :D Hi Froufie, I have not ship your handbag. My husband had eye surgery, then I got sick with a bad cold. I have cancelled my trip to NY for the Belmont Stakes :(. I will stop at the post office on the way to the doctor tomorrow. Porthopper101 Posted June 10, 2015 #38 Share Posted June 10, 2015 (edited) Thank you, ladies. We are feeling better now. We will be leaving for Las Vegas tomorrow for five days to celebrate my husband's Birthday. We pretty much ate at all the restaurants in Las Vegas. However, we were never able to get a table at this restaurant: https://www.mgmgrand.com/restaurants/joel-robuchon-french-restaurant.aspx (Joe Robuchon) Well I made a reservation two month ago, after dinner we will see the David Copperfield show. My husband and I enjoy good food. We will be trying some of these http://m.theworlds50best.com/index.html restaurants while we are in Europe this Summer, and planning to do the rest within the next two years. My husband said "why not" :). Hope all is well with everyone. Hugs Marie PS. I hate the new Flickr, how do I post a picture??? Dang!!! Grammyceej Posted June 11, 2015 #48 Share Posted June 11, 2015 Does anyone have a sturdy cross body bag no longer in use? Just big enough for carrying a bit of cash, debit card and a small bottle of water in. Nothing fancy as needing it for my hikes. My hands are full with my hiking poles and I need somewhere to carry my water bottle. CJ

My DH and I are foodies and also like to plan our trip around what/where we are going to eat! I hope that someday we are able to do the type of extensive travel you enjoy.
