Table for two at breakfast

We always ask for table for two for breakfast, has never been a problem.

No waiting at the podium.

There have always seemed to be a bunch of grumpy people for breakfast at a large table. Many times they won't speak to you or acknowledge you're there.

 

What amazes me is the number of couples I see seated at a two top and barely speaking with each other. :eek: My DH and I never ran out of what to talk about. :) How sad they don't even speak with each other let alone anyone else.
