Pearl Harbor, after the tourists leave

Thanks for identifying this video. Incredible.

 

I have stood before the lines of white markers in Military cemeteries in Michigan, Virginia, Texas, Alaska, and in Europe where comrades in arms lie side by side for eternity.

 

This is a very fitting tribute to all those who served on the Arizona at that time, as well as those whose service was and is today in the U.S. Navy.

 

I hope to personally visit Pearl Harbor and the memorial next year.

Thank you for sharing this. I didn't know that these burials happened and can only imagine how emotional they are for everyone involved.

 

I always try to take guests on the last tour of the day when visiting Pearl Harbor because of the beautiful calm that comes over the park when most of the tourists are gone. Cherie
