When I check on my club royale offers I see an offer for a Baseball Event, Join us onboard and receive two tickets to a Marlin's game post cruise.  It has several ships/dates and says $1000 off.  We are new to using Club Royale so if I click on Redeem Now will it just let me look and price things without actually having to commit to booking at this time or once you click Redeem Now it that your one time chance?  Also do they send offers in the mail or do you just have to keep checking this site for offers?

Thanks for any help!

The sailings for the Baseball offer start in June and go through August. If you're interested in booking one of the 10 sailings, you would need to call CR at 888-561-2234, you will not get prices by clicking on the offer online. Offers do come in snail mail and emails. I would continue to check you CR offers on line as players have indicated they do not get all the emails or snail mail for CR offers. When you call, verify with CR that they have your correct email address.

This is the list of cruises (as sent to me) available for the “baseball event”;

Allure of the Seas  6-1-19

Navigator of the Seas 6-7-19

Allure of the Seas  6-9-19

Navigator of the Seas 6-24-19

Allure of the Seas  7-7-19

Majesty of the Seas 7-13-19

Allure of the Seas  7-21-19

Majesty of the Seas 7-27-19

Majesty of the Seas8-10-19

Navigator of the Seas 8-23-19

I think Allure 6/1 date may be incorrect since Royal site lists 6/2.

I haven’t seen any new “free cruise” offers recently.  I wonder if I have dropped off the mailing list or have there been no new offers?

I'm in the exact same boat. Pun intended.

I have been sailing with them, and just got my "Prime" welcome email, yesterday.

I haven't gotten any recently, either.  They usually come either by email or snail mail and I had been getting a couple every month.  I called the Casino Prime number once and the rep referred to them as "monthly" offers so I assume they are generated monthly based on cruises that are not selling as well as they wanted.  Maybe RoyalUp is having some affect on how many/often these offers are being made, now.

The last cruise certificate for interior rooms was dated in December 2018.  I have an upcoming cruise in a couple weeks.  Has anyone received an updated one that they can post?

I just received an Oceanview certificate on March 1st and the last cruise listed was an Oasis 7 night cruise departing December 1st.  I received a balcony certificate in early February and the latest sailing on that certificate was the Rhapsody on November 30 for a 7 night western from Tampa.

Does anyone know anything about the Golf tournaments offered on the Anthem in June and Oct? I did book the cruise with my agent, who did use the YH07 and YHP5 codes, but could not get any info about the golf itself. Is it 1 or 2 days of golf? The mailer said 1 round included but don't know which port day we are golfing. I am planning our 'other' day in Bermuda but if anyone has ever participated int he RCCL / Casino Royale golf tournaments in Bermuda and is willing to share the itineray, I'd appreciate it !

From previous experience... first day in Bermuda is tournament. There will be a letter in your stateroom letting u know details for on board pre golf party where u will be receiving names of your teammates. At party they will give details about what time to board the bus to golf course. Post tournament party day ship leaves Bermuda where winners will be announced.

Thanks - do you think the golf is done early enough to still do an 8PM Glass Bottom tour with the inlaws/wife :) Not sure if the tournament is mid-late day or early AM to mid-day? Thanks for quick reply - I know it is 6 m away, but after booking a cruise, my wife starts planning out our days / excursions well in advance !

I will be honest and tell you I do not remember what time the return was. Last time for me - in October - my second day in Bermuda my plans were changed because of weather issues. Capt. announced ship was leaving early. I think many people had plans to change.

Maybe someone can help. I have ~4500 points this year and have never received offers as mentioned in these posts. RCCL has my Email and snail mail addresses. Is there a trick I'm missing. Thanks

Answers to some questions may help...

(1) are you looking at the program year when counting points?  April 1 to March 31.

(2) were the points accumulated in a single sailing or in several sailings?

(3) were the sailings long cruises?  Thinking they might look at points per day (pure conjecture on my part.

Last program year I sailed 3 times, accumulated around 7800 points over 15 nights.  Looking back, I averaged 520 points per night.  So far this program year, I have sailed 5 times (31 nights) averaging 418 points per night sailed.  Most recently my monthly offer dropped from the 08 offers to the 09 level.

It was AM to mid day, you should be able to easily do an 8pm event.  But after saying that, who knows what times they scheduled this year.
