I got hit with 2 on this round. Making a total of 11 since March 2020. It is getting old.

We lost two more as well.  This makes a total of 9 for us.  Three more in March and April and they will likely be gone as well.  This is getting old.

This new round of cancellations bring us to 10 cancelled cruises.  I have 7 more booked.  Next one is annual prime I booked for DH birthday end of march.  We had same booking last mar and we all know what happened.

March 12th or 13th will be one year of no sailings.

They must be hanging by a thread financially.  I'm surprised ncl and other smaller cruise lines are still surviving.

What a mess!!!

I think we are at 12 or 13. Laura asked me to count them this morning.

2 Liberty

1 Harmony - casino

1 Mariner - casino

2 Jewel

2 Odyssey

2 Oasis

3 Ovation ( I was going to cancel 1 of these anyway)

We disembarked Allure on March 13

Yes, I remember following you on CC for that TA Xing and worried about what would happen to everyone entering Barcelona with everyone starting their lockdowns.

All we've been doing in 8 months, is booking great casino deals & then getting refunds for those when canceled. Crazy-so far 16 canceled Carnivals, 11 Royals, & 2 Princesses.(we live in FL.) And probably more to happen.   🥺

I just had 2 more cruises cancelled because of the extended suspension. I had a comp 11 night on the Anthem 1/4/21 and a 7 night on the Oasis 2/28/21.  Both the replacement offers are only 10% discounts on a sailing, with no comp replacement.  Not impressed!

Not that I have read all the finance news on RCCL, but enough. Last quarter report burned through $1 billion. Since start of covid they have borrowed, issued more stock, and sold bonds. Just last week issued another $1 billion worth of stock. Some how hopes of vaccine keeps stock price up. Looks like a LOT of debt to me.

Yes, they are definitely getting deeper and deeper into debt as our many others.    A vaccine won't be the fix all for everything but hopefully it helps.      Stay safe!

Since the shutdown, Casino Royale has been offering us Junior Suites. Today's offer says "Love Upgrades.... we'll offer you a balcony and $200 off if you want to upgrade". Hmmm....

yes, the latest offer is nothing appealing.   I typically get offers for JS or Balconies.     My offers says "love upgrades I get an ocean view with $150 towards an upgrade"     Very small list of sailings, nothing of interest.

I would love for a replacement cruise of my 12 night casino comp sailing that I would be on right now!

Yes bummer. I was supposed to be on an eleven night cruise NOW.

Got another offer. I didn't much check it.

NEWS Royal has sold Empress and Majesty of Seas. I checked sailings, and NOLA is gone for a port.

I was able to snag a Brilliance cruise for 12/19, four nights.  Like others,  I usually get JS offers, but this was for a balcony.  I upgraded to the spacious OV Balcony on the very aft of the ship, deck 9, for $44 pp ($88 total).  So far, 12 cancellations with six more booked - from late April (doubt this one happens) to December.  Really looking forward to getting back on a ship!

I saw new offer last night, unfortunately nothing appealing.  All the sailings are out of florida and I think one out of galveston.  Not worth for us to fly to FL for a 3 to 5 night cruise.   Dont want to book anymore b2b2bs till I know they will be allowed for US sailings

I keep hoping to receive offer to replace the 12 night cruise we lost in december.   That was a terrific offer!!

Since we live in Tampa, it made my choice pretty easy.  While the Allure is a better ship, we will sailing her in August (fingers crossed) and I might need a pre-holiday break.

Canaveral is a short drive away.  We grabbed Mariner 12/13 from this latest offer.

Agreed, but have cruises booked for the Mariner in July and September.  I like the Mariner, but four days on the Brilliance, leaving 15 minutes from my house, just sounded better.  Hope you have an awesome cruise.
