My parents are going on the Radiance in August and wondering what the prices look like for the wifi package or per minute using ships computers? They wouldn't need much, just enough to either email or facebook my brother and myself once or twice to let us "kids" know they are fine and having a good time.

My parents are going on the Radiance in August and wondering what the prices look like for the wifi package or per minute using ships computers? They wouldn't need much, just enough to either email or facebook my brother and myself once or twice to let us "kids" know they are fine and having a good time.

I believe Royal has eliminated "per minute" prices. The latest I've seen are $20 per day for one device and $30 per day for two devices, if you buy for the entire cruise. If you just want one day, I think it was $30 for one device.

We were on the Radiance last week. My husband purchased internet for the week for his phone for $140.00. It was very slow. On the last evening, we were unable to get on to check-in to our flights. The next morning while in port, we had no problem. They do sell one day of internet for $9.98 on the last day so people can make travel arrangements.
